The tech celebration will be the first ever Binational hackathon at Tijuana, Mexico from 23-25th February.
The Hackathon is aimed mainly for master hackers companies who not only wrack their brains out of pure passion and craziness for emerging technological innovation, but also believe their ideas and findings can influence the way the world thinks.
